RETURNS
All merchandise is guaranteed to work as described and any item (unless otherwise noted) can ONLY be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment provided it has not been altered, abused, or damaged. ALL CREDIT CARD REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% CHARGE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL PURCHASE TO COVER PROCESSING FEES.
Any parts found to be defective will be exchanged for another of same item or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Product must be returned within 30 days from the day of shipment, provided it has not been altered, abused or damaged, along with a copy of your invoice. We reserve the right of offering you the option of a replacement, exchange, refund or store credit for purchase price minus processing and shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
REQUIREMENTS
• Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging.
• Merchandise must be return shipped in a protective box.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If the item that you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact us FIRST. Please do not return/ ship back the item because our claim with UPS / USPS will be voided.
If the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions but is faulty, or does not match the description, please return the product to us with a copy of your invoice. We may send the product to the manufacturer's service agent for assessment. If the product is determined faulty or unfit for purpose we will provide you with store credit or an exchange.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
